From worstpreviews, Back in October, Keanu Reeves revealed that he and Alex Winter will return for the third "Bill and Ted" movie, and that writers Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon (Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey) have already cracked the story.
MTV has now caught up with Reeves to get an update. "The writers are six weeks away from a draft," he said, adding that the plot will tie-in with the second film in the franchise.
"When we last got together, part of it was that Bill and Ted were supposed to have written the song that saved the world, and it hasn't happened," Reeves explained. "So they've now become kind of possessed by trying to do that. Then there's an element of time and they have to go back."
